In the vast majority of cases we are able to resolve consumer complaints by getting you a refund or goods resent from the member involved. To lodge a complaint you must first check the site you have an unresolved dispute with, is actually a E-Trade Bureau member. You can do this from the search box.

Only file complaints once you have not been able to resolve the matter with the merchant.
